Job unfinished

We have paid our contractor as it was claimed it would be finished on the day i paid the last instalment. It was supposed to be a ten day job and it has now been 24 days, the job is unfinished and the contractor is not retirning phone calls or texts. What do we do?

If you obtained this contractor through rated people I would get in touch with there team I’m sure that they will do there best to help out Good luck
