Wall hung bathroom sink vanity too heavy?

Hello, I would like to install a wall hung bathroom sink vanity unit. What should I be watch out for, especially the weight? How heavy is too much? Does it matter if the wall it is attached it to is load bearing or not? The wall is timber stud.

You should be ok with this either make sure that you pick a stud up when fixing or use heavy duty toggle bolts
