New bathroom, new kitchen

Posted by David Biggs, on
I am thinking of buying a house near Daventry but it needs a new bathroom and the doors refitted on the kitchen. Is it best to get one person in to do the lot? Or should I split the project up into the kitchen and then the bathroom. Thanks, David

Hello David, I would always recommend using a single, trustworthy trades person to complete all aspects of a project. Remember whenever you call out a new company, they will more than likely charge a call out fee, however if you use the same tradesperson for all the work, you are more likely to receive a discount as other works are being conducted. Most companies will also be able to provide a discount from different suppliers on materials, if you purchase all the materials at the same time the savings percentage will be greater. I hope this helped. For any further information or to view our 5 star rating and reviews on rated people, please don't hesitate to contact us.
