Hanging Basin and Hanging Toilet Required

Posted by Ruth Evans Browne, on
What is the maximum amount I am likely to be charged for the following work in a small bathroom:- To be a wall-hung/back to wall toilet with concealed cistern or frame (as required) and all fittings must be chrome, not plastic. The basin also to be wall-hung with a semi-pedestal. New tiles to be fitted behind both toilet and basin from the floor up to the ceiling. The existing wooden surrounds, behind the toilet and basin, must be removed to make way for the tiling. Tiles are to be built up around the existing bath which has wooden panels. I would like these panels removed if possible. would like all materials to be purchased/ordered by the contractor. However, to cut down on costs, I can order the basin, toilet and tiles from Victoria Plumb, after having been provided with all the necessary measurements or after the contractor has seen pictures of the units that I would like installed. The tiles must be white, to match the existing tile work.
