Bespoke shower trays in wetrooms can have a toilet sit on top?

There are many new shower tray products for wetroom floors. If the tray/shower floor is to cover the whole floor of a wetroom, can a toilet sit on top or be cut into the tray? Thanks

yes as long as the tray is supported properly underneath. also tile the tray then toilet on top
