Toilet renovation

Posted by Emmanouil Petrakis, on
I recently had a quote from Victoria plum to renovate a 3 sqm toilet/shower room. The layout was the same (toilet, shower and sink same position). 3/4 tiling, fan installation, change location of heater and change suite. I reckon they would have to replace some plaster boards around shower if unstable for tiling and I do not know what else was needed. The final cost came up to £6750 approx. £1500 from that was the cost of the material and the rest was installation. I want to ask if I am the only one who thinks the installation cost is super expensive. As a key worker it is very hard for me to earn this money, let some pay for it. 3 sqm literally.

You should expect to pay around £2000 labour for a quality job This would be to take back to brick and complete tiling a start to finish job
