Cracked tile grout in shower cubicle caused damp plaster

I’ve noticed my shower grout has cracked as a damp patch has appeared on wall on other side. I’ve just tried to scrape out and repair grout however tole came off and showed all plaster behind is damp and degrading. I need to know what trades person I need to fix it? Will all tiles have to be removed, replastered, retiled or or there a simpler way? I’ll then need quotes to do the repair and soon as possible. Thanks
