Issue with one of your trades people

I have had ongoing problems with one of your recommended trades people. Eventually issues have been resolved but not without plenty of aggravation. Has come down to damage caused last Saturday to tiles in the bathroom. The guy in question now simply not acknowledging my WhatsApp and phone calls. What do I do now?
