Good morning Caroline. You should expect to pay between 40 and 60 pounds per meter. Usual end terrace house is about 80m2 so full price likely to be £3200 for rake out and basic cement mortar joint. Allo additional scaffold cost of approx 500 pounds.

Hi Depends if it’s stone or brick, and if it needs hacked out first. Point is an expensive item of work.
