Hi Teresa, Any tradesman quoting for a reasonable amount of work like this would need to visit the property and provide a written quotation as is the correct method. A verbal quote without knowing the size of the bungalow and the scope of works is going to be a very rough estimate in which case some tradesman would not stick to!
