What tradesman will install an air brick to ventilate a kitchen

I have a condensation problem in a kitchen which is resolved by leaving the window open. Obviously this is not ideal so I would like an airbrick/vent installed. It's a 1st floor flat, so not ground level. What sort of tradesman do I advertise this to? Builder, bricklayer etc??
