Dear Denis We always recomend to post a job on main website because some of a job needs to be seen before any advice is given. Our service is free of charge with no obligation quote and our tradesmans are happy to help with every aspects of jobs. I would strongly recomend to post a job on Rated People home page then 3 companies will get in touch then you would be able to choose the right person as you would receive an e mail with a link to tradesman account where you would see a pictures and you will read revious from previous customers. I hope this will help Best regards Rafal

Get a small gas burner, around £18 from b&q, then heat the stopcock, every 30 seconds purchase a flat head screw driver on the turn key and offer a few taps using a hammer. An it clockwise obviously, then heat again for 30 seconds and reapeat until the stopcock starts to release. :-) hope this helps Alfie

try loads of wd40 and leave for about 5 mins. Then get a large pair of pipe grips and firmly but gently turn the head in the direction you want to go Don put too much force on it if it doesn't want to move or you could break it - little movements back and forth hope this helps
