Rounded off screws

I've put a wall bracket up, but the screws have rounded off with about 2mm to go. Is there a tip to screw in the rounded off screws ? Thank you

pliers and remove new screws in with some soap on they must be too tight

Hi Mike if you can reverse the screws take them out and replace if not try cutting a slot in the head with an hacksaw and use a flat head screwdriver to take them out. Ed
