I had a call from JL Contracts today and they have made arrangements to call and quote for the job, however I have just logged in and the rating does not seem very positive and I am know concerned.

You should always check the ratings it's down to you, these guys just buy your information when you apply your enquiry, don't let them quote if you don't want them too.

sometimes the ratings are unfair,if a tradesmen for instance cant make an appointment for what ever reason,they get bad rated for.

Dear Sandra You do not have to go ahead with that contractor though getting a quote from them will not harm you at all unless you don't want to waste time with them. Best thing to do is to post your job again. regards Mihai Simoniac

HI, Let them come and quote, they may surprise you, but please remember that you are not obligated in any way to accept them to do the work. It's not a problem if you want to use a different contractor.
