Mr Lumsden. Thank you for your review. If you had any issues with our terms and conditions, and that includes the total price of your works, this should have been highlighted prior to accepting a booking for proposed works. Our business rates are trade market average. All works completed were fully tested, as stated, on the day, prior to payment been taken. We use mobile card reader machines as standard, we also accept BACS and cash payments. We are sincerely sorry to read that you are not fully happy

Emergency / 24 Hour Plumber
Jonathan texted and rang me within an hour of posting to reassure me about a tank overflow and that he would be out the next working day. Turned up on time, replaced the ballcock for a very reasonable fee and with 12 month guarantee. Fantastic service and a nice guy, would highly recommend his service, thank you.

Jonathan responded quickly to the job requested, took a little longer than he anticipated, but he stuck with the job to get it sorted, a slight issue with the shower afterwards that he is happy to come back to review next week. Kept us notified of what needed done.Thank you.
