End tenancy repairs and replacement needed

What type of tradespeople do I need to have the following items repaired/replaced?
1. 2 bedroom house cleaning
2. Carpet cleaning
3. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM
Item Condition
Wall Slightly patchy and light damp mildew patches under window, both sides of radiator - Repair required
Blind Middle blind does not reach bottom of window. - Repair required
4. UTILITY ROOM
Item Condition
Wall Large heavy chip to angled edge of wall at LL on entry (see pic Ref 5)
Some light damp patches to wall right hand side of fridge - Repair required
5. BATHROOM
Item Condition
Wall Light mildew spot marks and light damp patch above
medicine cabinet - Repair required
Window, Frame, Gap between sill and wall - Repair required
Bath, Taps & Shower Long crack at top level of bath panel
Discoloration to shower screen sealant
bath with light lime scale to all fittings
Heavy lime scale to shower
screen. Lime scale to shower head - Replace required

6. MASTERBEDROOM

Wall Large damage gash to wall left hand side of window - Repair required
7. KITCHEN

Cooker hood Not working. Very greasy underneath, maybe plug socket is blocked with grease - Clean/repair required
tap crack down the middle, when tap runs it leaks out with water. replace
