I was charged a fee by an electrical noted as "rated people charge". Is this usual?

Hi James. The tradesmen will be charged for using this service if he gets the chance to quote but you should not be paying for that. You agree a price for the job and pay after the work is completed. You do not have to pay anything if you do not select the tradesman Best regards Jay Warm Sure Heating
