Jay was so quick to respond and managed the situation professionally and calmly, explaining exactly what he was doing and what the root of the problem was. Jay arrived early for the appointment and did an excellent job and was really good to talk to about what I needed. One light fitting wasn’t easy due to a plaster moulding, but he found the right way to achieve what was needed. He worked quickly and I’m very pleased with the work.
