Quote for flooring

Am looking to change flooring in my hallway, downstairs toilet and kitchen (dimensions approx 2x2m; 1.5x1m and 2.5x2.5m respectively) will be supplying the materials (wood effect laminate) but just need someone to rip up the old floor and lay the new flooring. What would you say would be a sensible quote for all 3 rooms of a modern house? Thanks
