Capable of undertaking over 200 repair jobs in the home including Repairs, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Bespoke carpentry, Plumbing, Heating, Electrics, Tiling, Flooring and much more! You can find us in NW London and we cover North AND West London and also surrounding counties such as Harrow and Herts. Fully tooled, insured and experienced enough to get round problems others cant due to our knowledge and wisdom!
All works (except repairs) are guaranteed for 12 months (excluding materials) so you have peace of mind if anything doesn't go right 1st time.

Lee was great. Contacted soon after ad placed. Provided different solutions and welcomed whichever we went for. Provided a rough estimate quickly and a final costing before work commenced. Did a tidy job on the day he said he would. Very satisfied, would and probably will use again. Thanks Lee

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Lee quoted £120 for the work. Once here he said the cistern was too old to fix but skirted around the issue & refused to give me a quote. He then said £160 but when I quoted that to him, he denied ever saying it and said I was "confusing" him. He then suggested I "worked with him" because he knew the house's previous owner was paying for the work - i,e, we could both benefit at someone else's expense. When I asked him to leave after 30mins he demanded £60 - which I felt uneasy arguing about.

? So I quoted, then refused to quote, then gave a quote, then denied the quote? Clearer now, the customer didnt listen to what I was saying nor chose any options and then decided not to continue, which is fine, provided I am paid for my time and expertise. I cant stress enough how downright stupid it is to call a tradesman out, dispute all solutions then decide not to proceed...so this customer as every customer does, have to pay for my time and expertise. Simple as that. Its not changed in 20 years. : )
