I have upgraded from Sky hd to sky q. The sky engineer who fitted the new box has said that the communal dish is not compatible with the new box upgraded and I will have to replace it. I have contacted the landlord to ask for the work to be carried out and they have said sky should have upgraded the current dish and they are not responsible for the problem. I have contacted the actual company that maintains the aerial systems for the property and they are unable to correct the issue. I have now reached out to ask for a resolution to the issue. I have been informed by a friend who work for sky it is simple to resolve but neither parties involved want to help. I have now been given authority to seek independent advice and am looking to get a company in to resolve the situation. Please call me if your company is up for the job. Kind Regards SteveJ.
