How serious is dropping pressure in a boiler & what's the best way to deal with it. Does it mean tearing up all the floor boards?

Hi Peter There should be a pipe from the boiler going outside, just underneath the boiler , have a look outside and if there is water coming from it it's your pressure relief valve, put an add on here and someone will replace it for you, also check all your rad valves for leaks if nothing there then it's a joint, sometimes if its a small leak you can use a leak sealer Hope this is of use Iain
