I need my new Desktop Dishwasher Installed for which at least 1 possibly 2 holes have to be made in the worktop to get to the drain pipe and cold water. How much would be a fair price to pay?

Like any job in any trade, the job would have to be seen before quoting. Going on your information though, if this is as easy as it sounds, just a straight forward dishwasher position and connection, with no materials needed. You are looking at 1 hour max.
