Hi there, the best way to check is to run the bath and see if the leak happens, if it does leak when you pull the plug u know it's pipework or a trap. If it doesn't, then simulate a shower by spraying the shower around the tiled wall and edge of baths silicone This way you should find out if it's the seal, pipework or. Both Hope this helps John
