No water from the cold water tap

Hi, I had some small plumbing job done but when he turn the main water back on, there was no water coming out from any of the cold water taps, any advice would be much appreciated, many Thanks.

Air Lock He hasn't water tested the property properly. After any plumbing work being undertaken, a water test on both hot and cold supplies at every outlet should be done, this would have prevented your problem. JIRELAND PLUMBER

If the water was turned off via a gate valve it's common for the spindle of the valve to snap in the closed position you can usually tell if this has happened if you turn the handle to the on position and it just keeps on turning If this is the case it's a pretty easy fix I should think in the region if £60-£80
