Hi Helen, If the tradesperson has contacted you about a job posted through us, we will have emailed you to let you know that they're interested. That email contains a link to the tradesperson's profile which is where you can see reviews from previous homeowners who've hired them through us. If you can't find the email, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team through ratedpeople(dot)com/contact-us and they'll be able to help.
