Hi Teresa if there is a space for a washing machine and dishwasher then normally the pipe work is already in place it's very simple to fit as the pipes just screw on then you turn the valve into the open position. I would say you would be paying a minimum around £40 for a tradesman as not only do they charge an hourly rate they have to buy your details from rated people and have travel expenses to bill for. Alternatively ask a friendly neighbour friend or relative. Good luck hope that helps.
