Can I complain about one of the companies on rated people?

Hi Philip, as a customer you are entitled to have a complaint against any work undertaken by a company or trades person. In the first instance you should contact the company or trades person yourself to resolve the matter. If this is unsatisfactory for you, you can complain to Rated People Customer Service Department, they will be able to offer you advise on any related customer information of which you seek.
