Ann... generally speaking a job viewing and quotation should be free of charge. We for example, offer this service along with plenty of advice. However, we do have a limitation for this... For example, if we receive a quotation request from a customer referral and the client is adamant they wish us to quote, but the job address is a far distance out with our working area. We will charge for this. These are uncommon circumstances, as most of our clients are within our regional postal code areas I hope this helps! J Ireland Plumber
