Outside tap

Recently moved into a new build and it has been supplied with an outside tap, I've turned the stopcock for the outside on and turned the tap its self on but I have no water to the tap, it's summer and want to wash my car and garden patio but am unable to do so

Lewis... it probably has not been fitted properly hence why you are getting no water. If you are still within your two year snagging period, the builder should send the plumbing contractor round to fix this free of charge I hope this helps! J Ireland Plumber
