I have a leak below the dormer bedroom. The dormer itself is fine I have had roofers out all charging me money and unable to fix the fault. How can I solve this

A dormer should be easy enough to fix. If the dormer is fine then you need to investigate further. Call the roofers back and explain that its still leaking and they should then investigate further to discover the problem.
