There is condensation appearing on the inside of a wall where there is a chimney on the outside. Flashing and tiles are intact.

This is because the chimney flue is not correctly ventilated. It causes ammonium sulphate contamination to surface inside. Vent the flue/ both flues and you might stop it. If the damage is done, waterproof render is required to the inside surface.
