Hi it sounds like the roof has the old 1f bitumin felt and you have insulated the loft floor causing condensation to underside of felt,the options are remove tiles and renew felt with breathable and renew battens then replace tiles Or fit 6 or more roof vent tiles Both will require scaffolding Difficult choice But one that's being made in every corner of this country at this time Best of luck

Before you make a decision about roofing , consider condensation as a possible cause

Are you sure the roof is vented properly? A far cheaper option than a new roof!
