Hi Paul, Get a couple of scaffold boards or similar and place across supports this will hold, it's what any roofer would do, spread the weight!!!!!!!!!! Kind regards Paul Davis Total roofing care.

Hello Paul, If you are a D.I.Y men and do understand how gutter are installed in first place it would be nice other wise I would not recommend you to start removing the bracket by your self, call a roofer or a handy men to help you.
