I have what I think is an asbestos corrugated roof on a utility room which over the years has leaked and I have applied a mastic sealant but it always comes off and the leaks starts again, Is there a better solution (other than replacement). The internal ceiling is now damaged and also needs repair but before that is fixed, I need to know about the main problem with the asbestos roof
