Hello, I'm with Karl on this one. You should always be extra careful when a tradesman contacts you without you first being aware that you need their services. Are both you and your husband certain that your roof needs work? If so, you can post your job on our site and up to three tradesmen will contact you. Each will have a profile which you'll be able to check for previous customer ratings and recommendations to give you more confidence in the hiring process. You will have more financial protection if you pay by debit/credit card rather than cash so if you're not comfortable with using the roofer who has contacted you, it's best to trust your instincts and not part with your cash.
