Cost effective roof to replace an asbestos one on a Marley garage?

I have a Marley garage which has an asbestos roof which is leaking. The sheets look sound and the water appears to be coming through place where bolts are positioned and rouns the edges. is it possible to repair or will I have to replace? if replace what is most cost effective type of roof that doesn't look like an industrial unit?
