Finlock guttering

What is the best method to repair finlock guttering. The joints have broken down, I do not know the state of the concrete itself, and I don't think the gutter has been cleaned for a number of years. It is leaking front and back - down the external walls and also into the cavity for some time. When stripping paper off the bedroom to the front immediately under one leak some of the plaster came away and through the gap poured black runny gunge and a grey watery liquid.

he best way to repair flinlock gutters is to clean them all out take a row of tiles of and line them out i have done this many times . in fibreglass that my trade but there are many ways to line then out i have 2 on my book to do this monyh in lincolnshire
