I live in a victorian mid terrace house. I had my guttering replaced last year and the tradesman who did it said my timbers appeared to be quite rotten and I would get problems soon if I didnt get them attended to. I posted the job on ratedpeople but nobody applied for the job - could you give me a ballpark figure of what this kind of work will cost? The tiles themselves look quite old compared with neighbouring house so I suspect the roof hasnt received attention for a long time! I live in the Bristol area. Many thanks.
