Roofing repairs

I had roof repairs done through my factor in March (water ingress had brought down the kitchen ceiling). Was told that the roof had been repaired, replastered and decorated. Now I have a leak in exactly the same place and I have discovered a tarpualin in the attic full of water suggesting job wasn't done properly. Factor wants to send the same builders out to repair again, What should i do?! please help
