Can you change your rating from good to bad

Hi there I have done a roof for a builder the man who lives in the house is very happy with the roof the bilder gave me a really good rating but he still ows me money for the roof! He is now saying if I carry on asking him for the money he will change my rating from good to bad is this possible as the owner of the house is very happy with the roof regards joe Sigley

Hi Joseph I have had a very similar situation where I completed a job of which the client was very happy with. And then a week Later they called me up to do some extra brickwork for free Or they will give me bad feed back. I called rated and they blocked there account But they can't change a rating if they already gave one Shawn Slbbrickwork
