Hi Amanda, You can give a rating by logging in to your account or launching the Find a Tradesman mobile app. You'll need to select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People, select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. A tradesman can also request a rating from you through an email prompt. Within this email, you can click the tradesman/company name in this email and follow the instructions to leave your rating.
