I had an investigation done by nhbc and they said the possible cause of waterstain on the roof of the cupboard on the top floor is because the water was tracking down from the indadeqate damp proofing of the ornamental chimney.
I have pictures to explain the problem...the flashing that ties the chimney to the roof is lifted up....I ll be grateful if someone can tell me who to call to get it fixed and how much it will cost me...I have no idea
