Water coming through upstairs window frame?

We had new guttering and soffits fitted 2 years ago but now water is coming in through the window frame/plaster and the walls are damp around it.
We cleaned out the gutter a couple of months ago and noticed that some of the front roof tiles are broken and the water is missing the guttering and going through a gap. Is the problem a gutter/soffit problem or roof?

Sounds like you need a roofer, get the tiles replaced first then take it from there
