Hi Paul Contact the roofer and give him a deadline to put the work right(usually 14-21 days maximum). If they still do not oblige you should consult your solicitor or trading standards. Give them this information then I'm sure they will return. Regards jason …roofersandbuilders.co.uk

Hi Paul. did you get a receipt for the work? also do you have an invoice? if so that would suggest that the roofer who did the work is legitimate. his invoice and original quotation should have all his details ie address and phone no. send him a recorded delivery letter asking him to repair the work within 14 days or you will go legal or to trading standards. good luck in sorting this out. chris. hi there roofer should come back if he has completed the job .firstly do you have any receipt for the work he carried out and a guarnetee if so he is liable .threaten him with trading standards then take it from there.he may come back good luck .ben mbc roofers
