Water finding its way directly in to house - some water dampness in corner of back bedroom and possibly corner of kitchen ceiling

good morning Sandy its quite possible that if the felt has eroded in and around the chimney stack ,, this would probably be something to do with the lead flashings above ,,as this would be the only point of entry for water ingress ,, or indeed a broken tile ,, kind regards Wesley Ashford roofing contractors
