Hello Bryan, We charge £45 a Sqm for flat roofing. Soffits and boards depends on area. Put your job onto rated people's site to get a free quotation & site visit. Regards Michael

Hi Bryan The cost depends on several factors Size of the roof. Materials to be used (felt/rubber/fiberglass etc). Type of insulation. Style of soffit/fascia boards. The list can go on but you get the picture. Re-post with more details and i'm sure you will get a much closer ball park figure.
