Hi Gavin Your best bet is to ask a competent, reputable roofer to come and assess the work carried out. You may need to pay for this. The best advice I could give is to find a tradesman who gives free estimate/quotes and explain the situation. Com explaining the situation and shortly after a qualified reputable roofer will contact you and inspect the previous work .They will advise you of the best solution , the advice will not cost you anything . Find a good local roofer who has a good reputation locally, he may have a standard charge, however if you explain the situation to him he may do an inspection free if you allow him to quote to rectify the problem. Good luck and hope you get a quick resolution to the problem
