hi june i would allow 3000 to 5000pounds with scaffolding and also depending on size of property

Hi June. its hard to put even a very rough estimate without a bit more info. Add the following points to the question and im sure you will be better off. 1 - rough area of the roof to be replaced, plus any extensions. 2 - Any access issues (conservatories etc) 3 - preference to new roof type (tile/slate, profile of tile). Finally, please be aware that any some quoted on here would be a very vague estimate. The best advice would be to contact local roofers who do not charge for estimates to give you a price.
