Hello James, The guarantee is with the tradesmen you choose. Make sure you see all insurances and the last job they did. Because you are only as good as your last job. Regards Michael

Hi James, Rated People is an introductory service that connects tradesmen with homeowners. We cannot guarantee the quality of a tradesman's work since these tradesmen operate as independent companies, however we have designed our system to help you choose who to hire. Each tradesman acquires ratings and previous customer recommendations that are listed on his/her profile page and we email you the links to the profile pages of the tradesmen interested in quoting on your project. Up to three different tradesmen can quote on each job so you will only be sent a maximum of three links. A good, quality tradesman should have a portfolio of previous work. Tradesmen can also upload photos of past projects, qualifications and a description of their services on Rated People so you can get a company overview. We always advise you to ask for previous customer references and check their qualifications.
